Q: Is goldnwax.com shopping secure?
A: Yes, goldnwax.com uses secure servers to protect your personal information, including your name, address, and credit card information. Ours secure server protects all pages using state of the art Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. We also use the latest firewall technology to ensure your information remains secure. Q: What does Gold n Wax do with my personal information?
A: Gold n Wax does not share any customer information with outside parties. All information is used only by Gold n Wax personnel to facilitate processing orders.

Q:What methods of payment do you accept?
A:We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,American Express, PayPal, and Google Checkout.

A: Yes, we sell to individuals.

Q: Is there a minimum amount that I can order?
A: No, there is no minimum order.

Q; How do I buy a mounting?
A: Use the stone measurements in mm,not carat weigh.

Q: Are they Goldtone, Goldfilled, Gold plated?
A: No it is Real 14k gold solid.

Q: Do you charge for sizing?
A: No we made your ring sizing is free up to size 9 for ladies ring and 12 for men.

Q: Are earrings sold in a pair?
A: No, all earrings and earring backs are sold individually.

Q: Do you offer custom design services?
A: We are happy to incorporate slight variations as to sizing and choice of gemstones into existing designs. If you have your own stone, and would like to incorporate it into one of my designs, in most cases we would be happy to accommodate your request.

Q: Do you set my stone?
A: yes we can set your stone, after purchase contact us that you what us to set your stone.

Q: Are the mountings snap - tie?
A: No, these are superiority quality gold mounting.

Q: Are the mountings pre notched?
A: No, but if you add it to the notes at check out, we will do it for free.

Q: How long does it take to ship my order once the order is placed?
A: Most findings are shipped within 24-72 hours. All rings and pendant are cast and finished in 3-5 business days.

Q: Can I get my order faster than 3-5 business days?
A: Yes, there is an option on the website for you to choose express shipping.

Q: Will I be notified when the package ships?
A: Yes, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking numbers.

Q: How will you ship my order?
A: All orders shipments are handled by USPS or Fed Ex.

Q: What happens if the piece is not in stock?
A: Usually we have the all findings in stock, but if for some reason it is not, we will contact you by phone or email. Remember that we made most of the pieces and that is why we can offer you yellow, white or rose gold.

Q: Can I get an extra discount for ordering large quantities?
A: Contact us on the web site or give us a call at 800-485-1725 and we will be happy to help you.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer full refund up to 15 from the date of the receipt on all merchandise except for Special Orders (sizing’s are not a special order). And merchandise we suspect of having been used or altered in any way will not get a refund, but may get an exchange. We recommend insuring all returned packages as we do not claim responsibility for any merchandise if lost. If the merchandise comes damaged or you are not happy at all with the quality of the ring or finding, we will either refund your money or send you a replacement at no charge.
